Amritsar Dalhousie Dharamshala Tour Package





Day 01: Arrive Amritsar

Arrive Amritsar airport / Railway Station  . Meet and greet by our representative later  transfer to the hotel.  The spiritual and cultural centre of the Sikh Religion and home to Harmindir Sahib, popularly known as “ The Golden Temple. one of holy city of  Sikhism’s. Upon arrival , Check In hotel .  In evening visit Jallianwala Bagh is a public garden that also houses a memorial to commemorate the massacre of peaceful celebrators by the British forces. Dinner and Overnight stay

Day 02: Amritsar – Dalhousie (210 km/5-6 hrs)

Breakfast at hotel later visit of Golden temple . philosophy also stand on Equality, service & fraternity. Note: Golden temple at no vehicle zone. Vehicle stops at parking few kilometres from Golden temple. Guest take tong or Auto.   Later drive to Dalhousie a popular hill station in Himachal Pradesh famous for its meadows, dense jungles and waterfalls which is really scenic drive via visiting Gandhi Chowk and  Subhash Chowk. Dinner and Overenight at Dalhousie.

Day 03:  Dalhousie – Full days sightseeing
Breakfast at hotel. Today in the morning if you are a hiking lover than hike to Pohlani mata temple at Diankunt is highly suggested as you can view the 180 degree view of mid Himalayan ranges called Pir Panjal. The hike is for nearly couple of hours both way. Later drive to Khajjiar Widely known as “mini-Switzerland of India” to see the lake and beautiful green meadow and can enjoy the various activities like horse riding, paragliding and zorbing etc. After that drive back to Dalhousie.  Dinner and Overnight Dalhousie.

Day 4: Dalhousie  - Dharamshala (140km/04 Hours )

Breakfast t at hotel Later drive to Dharamshala approx. 4 Hours . The High snow clad Dhauladhar ranges form a magnificent backdrop to the hill resort of Dharamsaland. Upon Arrive Dharamshala  check in at the hotel.  Proceed for Local sightseeing .

·          Dal Lake

·          International Cricket Stadium

 

Night stay at Dharmshala hotel.

Day 5: Dharamshala -Palampur-Kangra

After breakfast drive to visit Chamunda Devi temple Shri Chamunda Devi Mandir also known as Chamunda Nandikeshwar Dham is a temple dedicated to Shri Chamunda Devi, a form of Goddess Durga, Later drive to Palampur Palampur is also regarded as the Tea Capital of Northwestern India and produces the famous "Kangra Tea". These tea plantations were started in 1849 by Jameson and some British officers. Lunch at Palampur. Later drive to Visit Kangra Fort The Kangra Fort was built by the royal Rajput family of Kangra State (the Katoch dynasty), which traces its origins to the ancient Trigarta Kingdom. Drive back to hotel.

Day 6: Dharamshala -Amritsar (200km/05hrs)

After breakfast drive to Amritsar . On arrival check in at Hotel. Later afternoon proceed for Wagah Border to watch Indo-Pak Flag Retreat Ceremony. Return to hotel. Overnight at Amritsar.

Day 7: Amritsar - Airport drop

After breakfast check out from hotel. visit The Partition Museum is a public museum

located in the town hall of Amritsar, Punjab, India. The museum aims to become the

central repository of stories, materials, and documents related to the post-partition riots

that followed the division of British India into two independent dominions: India and

Pakistan. Later drive to airport catch further flight.
