Destination Coverd : Arrive at pune airport, you will be met & greeted by our representative on arrival at airport . Later proceed to Bhimashankar approx 130 Kms / 4 hrs. Overnight stay will be at Shridi. DAY 2: Shridi Early morning proceed to shirdi Darshan- One of the greatest saints . It was belived Sai Lord have endowed witrh unprecedented powers, and is worshipped as a God incarnate. After Darshan back to hotel for breakfast late proceed to to Shani Shingnapur - Shani Shignapur, village known for its popular temple of Shani, the Hindu god of the planet (graha) Saturn. Shingnapur is also famous for the fact that no house in the village has doors, only door frames. Despite this, no theft is reported in the village. Evening drive to aurangabad. Overnight stay will be Aurangabad. DAY 3: Aurangabad - Ajanta Caves - Aurangabad After breakfast proceed to visit Ajanta Caves - There are 30 caves in Ajanta and the rest are monasteries. AD 1819 caves were discovered .Most of the paintings in Ajanta shows heavy religious influence and centre around Buddha, Bodhisattvas it belived painted 2 BC . DAY 4: Aurangabad - Nashik After breakfast at hotel . Proceed to vist Ellora Caves - A specatuclar architechtur of cave temple . One of the world heritage site. Ellora caves own elaborate facades and intricately carved interiors. These carved structures on the inner walls of the caves reflect the three faiths of Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. These exotic caves were carved during 350 AD to 700 AD period. Later drive to Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga temple approx 11 kms from Aurangabad. The Lord is also known by several names like Kusumeswarar, Ghushmeswara, Grushmeswara, Grishneswara. The Grishneswar temple was constructed by Ahilyabhai Holkar who also re-constructed the Kasi Viswanatha temple at Varanasi and the Vishnu Paada temple at Gaya. Grishneshwar is also known as Ghushmeshwar. Evening drive to Nasik. Overnight stay will be at Nasik. DAY 5: Nasik Trimbaskeshwar Pune Early morning visit Trimbakeshwar Temple Darshan. Temple is situated at 20 kms from the city Nashik . Another near aiport is Mumbai is around 4-5 hours . The mountain named Brahmagiri from which the river named Godavari flows. What same importance Ganga is ascribed to the North India, the same importance is given to Godavari in south India. It is the penance of the great sage Rishi Gautama that materialized on being blessed by Lord Ashutosh. Just as Ganga is known as Bhagirathi in the same way, Godavari is also known as Gautami Ganga. DAY 6: Pune – Departure Morning breakfast breakfast , Rest of the day is free for shopping or lesiure . In time transfer to pune to you're your train / flight for onward journey. |
